Delete your Jamqor account

You can delete your Jamqor account, and the data that comes with it, whenever you like. Jamqor is run by Brunotech Private Limited.
In the app
- Open Profile.
- Tap Email, number and deletion.
- Under Delete account, tap Delete my account, then Delete my account again to confirm.
Your profile disappears at once. Everything is erased 30 days later. If you change your mind, sign in again before then and your account stays.
Without the app
Email grievance@jamqor.com from the email on your account, with your @handle and "Delete my account". Before deleting, we check it is really you, for example by asking you to confirm from the phone number on the account. We never ask for a password or a sign-in code. Your account is then deleted in the same way, with the same 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, posts, photos, videos, comments, verdicts, followers and the people you follow, what you saved, and your settings.
- Who viewed what, your devices and your consents.
What we keep, and for how long
